Gabby Triolo
Gabby Triolo’s passion for movement began in childhood through gymnastics, cheerleading, and yoga, fostering both physical strength and mental resilience. Pilates became a natural next step, offering a practice that blends discipline, balance, and a deep mind–body connection.
She completed the Classical Pilates USA Teacher Certification at Pilates Haus, training under Brett Howard, a second-generation teacher certified by Romana Kryzanowska, and Tetsuo Yoshida, a third-generation Teacher Trainer. Their mentorship gave her a strong classical foundation and a deep respect for Pilates as a lifelong practice of strength, resilience, and self-discovery.
Outside the studio, Gabby works at CNN, combining her passion for media and journalism with her desire to inspire and connect audiences. A proud Penn State graduate, she brings creativity, thoughtful communication, and genuine care to everything she does.
As an instructor, Gabby emphasizes proper form, fluid movement, and body awareness, creating a supportive environment where clients feel challenged, motivated, and empowered. She believes Pilates is more than a workout, it strengthens the body, sharpens the mind, and builds confidence both on and off the mat.
