Jessica Rojas

Jessica Rojas is a Pilates instructor certified through Equinox's Pilates program, where she refined a movement philosophy rooted in precision, strength, and intelligent progression. Her teaching style blends athletic clarity with creative sensitivity, guiding clients to build resilience, alignment, and a deeper awareness of their bodies.

Originally from a small town in Idaho, Jessica spent 12 years in Los Angeles before relocating to New York City in 2021. Her path to Pilates is anything but ordinary. She attended Salem Community College in Scientific Glassblowing. Over the past few years, she has worked closely with chemists to design and fabricate specialized glassware for laboratory research, developing an exacting eye for detail and a deep respect for craftsmanship. She remains actively involved with the American Scientific Glassblowers Society and is currently working on a film highlighting the vital role of glassblowing in the scientific community.

Jessica is also an ambient musician based in New York City. She plays the Cristal Baschet, a rare and ethereal sound sculpture developed in 1950s France by the Baschet brothers, and has previously toured as a performing musician before fully immersing herself in glass and Pilates. Her musical background informs her teaching rhythm—sessions flow with intention, breath, and subtle dynamic shifts.

When she’s not in the studio, you can find her training in épée fencing, with aspirations to one day transition to saber. Whether shaping glass, shaping sound, or shaping movement, Jessica brings curiosity, discipline, and artistry to everything she does.
